Purchasing ProductsQ: I ordered a CD product from the Draconis Shop, how long until I receive my item? A: When your order will arrive will vary greatly on your location relative to Draconis Entertainment. As a general rule, we typically ship orders within three (3) to five (5) business days. Q: I have placed an order for one of your software products, how long until I will receive my registration information to unlock the game via E-mail? A: As a general rule, you will receive your registration information on the next business day. We do strive to send out this information as quickly as possible. Turn-around time may be shorter or longer depending on the volume of orders. Q: I have received my registration information, including my registration key, but when I enter the information into my software, it tells me my user name and/or key is invalid. What is wrong? A: The most common cause of this problem is that you are not entering the information precisely as it was provided. Capitalization and punctuation are important when entering both the user name/ID and registration key. We recommend using the Windows Copy/Paste functions to enter the information direct from the E-mail that was sent, and then removing any preceeding or trailing spaces.
